Well, the title says it all… After nearly 25-30 days of hardwork, we finished the second review successfully today. Eventhough i could not explain all i did, i was pretty much happy with the way things went for me. For now, assessments commence… Ahh… u cant have a break man !!
For now, i think i ll enjoy this week and start coding from next week onwards. And still my system is not working.. I am working on a live cd borrowed from Srini. And this is cool except the fact that system crashes often without a warning 
Hoping for a nice assessment …
For the first time in my college life, i stayed in hostel yesterday night. Since second review is on wednesday, i was frantic and keep on coding throughout day and night… My typical schedule for the last 2-3 days :: wake up at 7 am, goto Asb room by 9 am, start coding, ……… , stop at 8 or 9 pm and come back home, continue coding, …. stop at 1 or 2 am, goto bed !!! And this reached its heights yesterday…. Since we ve gotta show demo to our guide today ( which we eventually dint, cos she was unavailable) , i worked really hard and spent the whole night in Asb room coding and testing until 3 am.. ( For a guy who loves sleeping second only to studying, this is TOO much ) !!!!
The review started today.. I have not yet finished some modules which i hopefully shd complete by tomorrow.. Hope everything goes off well !!
The time is 02:11 AM , 15th Feb. 2k7… I ve never seen 2 AM in the wallclock in my house… i m feeling dead sleepy at the moment. Yet had a thought that it wud be nice to record this..
FYP is gradually taking its toll on me.. I got some output just now; have to check it out thoroughly tomorrow…
I ve my second review of the final year project next week.. Hectic coding for the past 4,5 days is driving me mad !! I m yet to complete most of the modules i ve planned to do.. With just 87.9 in the kitty so far, it becomes imperative for me to do well in this review to get a S grade…. Let God bless this desperate kid !!
Team India announced its World Cup Team today… Believe me, its the worst i can imagine.. Out of the 15, there are 7 bowlers – anil, bhajji, munaf, sreesanth, zaheer, agarkar, pathan, 2 keepers — dhoni, karthik, 4 openers –sachin, sourav, uthappa, sehwag and a lone fielder (!!) in yuvraj. And ofcourse, the captain of the ship - The Wall of India !
How could such a team even enter Super Eight of the world cup ?? Easy. They gotta win over Bangladesh and Bermuda ( Now i must open some map and check where this country is on Planet Earth !! ) and they are thru to the next round, even if they lose against the Lankan Lions, which they will surely do !!
So, here’s my prediction for Rahul’s MIB - They ll enter Super Eight and nothing more than that.. After all, u ve got to face 7 top teams to pass this round, which on current form is one thing Team India can never do…
But, as a patriotic fan , ALL THE BEST, GUYS !!
As i said in the previous post, Google scheduled my interview on Feb. 9th at 6 pm IST. But it seems they have forgot to call me.. All my friends except me got a call, and the interview was supposedly better… And they have not even replied to my mail and i am very lazy to call them for a small matter like this !!
My system went berserk (the humor involved deserves a separate post !! ) for the past one week and wasted all my time so i m working overtime to finish project works cos the second review s scheduled from 19th of this month 
No peace of mind in life….
And in the meantime, Google, Bangalore called me up 2 days back and scheduled a telephonic interview tomorrow at 1800 hrs. God only knows wat i m gonna do !!
I received my 10th place certificate for ACM ICPC ‘06 Regionals from Amrita today. And believe it or not, that is a piece of paper actually. Infact, the participant certificates they issued on contest day were thick and good. But the winner certificates are just terrible…
